AACOP Committees...Resolutions and By-Laws CommitteeTo recommend and receive proposed resolutions and deletions, changes or additions to the by-laws. Policy decisions by the Board of Directors which may be enacted without a revision of the Constitution do not require a formal review by the Committee or vote of the membership.
